In December 2024, Grupo Zaragozá achieved Mechanical Completion of the GRIJOTA I and GRIJOTA II solar plants, located in the province of Palencia.

GRIJOTA I has a capacity of 51.90 MWp, installed across an area of 78.54 hectares, with more than 75,000 photovoltaic modules. It is expected to generate 101,576 kWh of clean energy per year, helping to avoid approximately 80.97 tons of CO₂ emissions annually.

GRIJOTA II reaches a capacity of 52.88 MWp, covering 97.82 hectares and featuring more than 76,000 photovoltaic modules. Its estimated annual output is 105,728 kWh, with an equivalent emissions reduction of 84.28 tons of CO₂ per year.

Both plants are scheduled to be commissioned during 2025.

With this milestone, we continue moving forward in our renewable energy strategy—one that creates a positive impact in the region and supports a sustainable energy transition.
