ZARAGOZ\u00c1 MEDIENERCO, SLU<\/strong> is the Party Responsible for processing the User’s personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3\/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), for which the following processing information is provided:<\/p>\n

Purposes and legitimacy of the processing<\/strong>: to maintain a commercial relationship (due to the legitimate interest of the party responsible, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and sending communications on products or services (with the consent of the interested party, art. 6.1.a GDPR).<\/p>\n
