The following are the preventive maintenance activities we carry out for photovoltaic systems. These are only explanatory activities and they are not exhaustive, as they are strictly dependent on the technical characteristics of installed components[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”yes” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” background_color=”#f4f4f4″ el_class=”mod_block imgText-resp-bottom”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

PRODUCTION CONTROL<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”small” position=”left”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”sectionTable oneThirdLayout”][vc_column_inner el_class=”oneThird” width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”3595″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=”element_from_left”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]GRUPO ZARAGOZ\u00c1 owns a remote monitoring centre in its offices with computers and dedicated staff members for continuous reading of the data transmitted by the plants. This constant monitoring allows to detect any faults or malfunctions and to assess the type of intervention.<\/p>\n

MODULES CLEANING AND CHECKING<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”small” position=”left”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”imgText-top sectionTable oneThirdLayout”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Module cleaning is necessary to avoid an extended storage of dirt on the enhancing surfaces. The cleaning will be carried out with a high pressure softened water cleaner, avoiding the use of abrasive products.<\/p>\n

SYSTEM CONTROL AND ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENTS<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”small” position=”left”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”sectionTable oneThirdLayout”][vc_column_inner el_class=”oneThird” width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”11789″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=”element_from_left”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]It is to check good conditions of wiring, inverters, panels, guards and in general all electrical equipment, carrying out a thorough cleaning and inspection to detect either any wear and tear damages or any seal faults. In addition, all contacts will be tightened.<\/p>\n

All electrical equipment will be tested to ensure proper operation and performance. Connection and disconnection system adjustments, voltage and current measurements in the circuits boxes and electrical tabulated values for inverters and electrical equipment will be carried out.<\/p>\n

In case of faults, overheating, buzzing, prompt actions will be taken in accordance either with the provider\u2019s manual instructions or technical service. CABIN CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE<\/h3>\n

SAFETY SYSTEM AND FENCE CONTROL<\/h3>\n
